About our home

We offer a very close to Paris Loft. It is in a very comfortable and modern style. It has two isolated bedrooms, very large and modern living room, and a winter garden. The bathroom has shower and bath, and is modern style too. The kitchen is in an industrial style and well equiped.

More about us

We are a 37 years old couple with a 2 years old baby. We are both professionals (scenography and scientific research). We enjoy travelling but now with the baby we prefer to have stable and confortable places to stay and only move around stable base places. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try. As it is totally new for us we are ready to study any possibility that would be easy to handle with a baby. Ideal durations for us would be two to three weeks for this summer.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

5 min from South part of Paris in a quiet area with little houses around. Very easy, frequent (from 3 to 10 minutes) and direct connection to the centre of Paris with the RER (local train, 1 stop from inside Paris). 5 min to Denfert-Rochereau, 15 min to Chatelet stations. Direct line to Charles de Gaulle Airport and easy way to Orly Airport.
