About our home

Our Loft is a 250 square meters triplex (almost 2700 square feet), it's almost a house in the center of Paris.

It includes two rooms for adults (four people), one room for two kids, two living-rooms and two bathrooms.

Our apartment arises from the rehabilitation in 2009 and 2012 of clothing workshops of the XIXth century.

It's situated on a backyard, extends over three floors and over two buildings: unique in Paris!

Its location is very central in pedestrian Montorgueil area, a small village in the city with its food shops, cafés and restaurants.

From here, you can discover old Paris by walk:

. Palais Royal: 10 minutes
. Le Louvre: 15 minutes
. Opéra: 15 minutes
. Le Marais: 20 minutes
. Notre Dame de Paris: 20 minutes
. Saint Germain-des-Prés: 25 minutes

Or you can take the subway or rent a self-service bike at the corner of our street!

Parisians since our birth, we love our city, and we know the best places to visit, have a drink or dinner on the roofs of Paris, or go shopping (we worked in fashion), and we shall be delighted to guide you and make you discover unexpected places.

Maid twice a week and we can also introduce you a friend who is a guide.

Take a cab to the most beautiful markets, SERPETTE and PAUL BERT, get lost in the paths, look for curiosities, take time and have lunch in Paris of the XIXth century
