About our home

Our House is... a large and beautiful house in the center of Paris.
Groundfloor: a large -80m2- living room, (with a sofa where 2 extra people can sleep), including a large kitchen and dining place where all the family can eat. 1st & 2nd Floors: three bedrooms, one with one single bed and a baby-bed, two with double beds; two bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub), two separate toilets, and an office room.
It's a typical Parisian loft-style indepedent house, with wooden floor and decorated with style.

More about us

We are Fabienne & Bertrand, a married couple with two children (6&2). We are both working in the entertainment business (film director and producer) and enjoy travelling whenever we are able to get away. We are used to lending our house to friends or acquaintances and did our first -very enjoyable- 'home for exchange' in 2007.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our street is... actually a typical Parisian passage, extremely quiet (you can't believe we're in the center of Paris), with a friendly community of neighbours. Barely any car drives in the passage where children can play outside.
Situated in a picturesque area on the east-center of Paris, with shopping streets and typical Parisian boutiques around, not far from La Bastille and the famous Pere Lachaise cemetary. It is one of the most typical "quartiers" of Paris (the XIème).
Nice restaurants, French and foreign cuisines, Cafes with music and entertainment in the evening within walking distance.
Tube station 3 minutes walking distance. Good network of buses.
