About our home

Very bright and sunny apartment at 8th floor, 50 square meters surface, completely renewed and functional. The building has 10 floors and is kept in good state. A lift and parking are available. The apartment presents a large lounge with dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, especially for french and italian food. A balcony orientated on the east is available (possibility of dinner for 2 persons). A bathroom with a bath and separate WC are present. The apartment is well adapted for two or four people (1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 big pull-out coach is present in the lounge). Wi-fi (possibility of watching TV ? CNN and other networks in many languages- by means of VLC), washing machine, dishwater available. The sheets are furnished.

I am 37 yo, and I'll spend 15 days in NYC next July with a friend. We are looking for an exchange either with my apartment in Paris 14 or her apartment located near République and Bastille (Paris 11). I'd like to exchange with an apartment located in Manhattan or Brooklyn. We are no smokers, very nice and easy people.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located near the Montsouris Park, in a nice area in the south of Paris. It is near two metro stations (Cité Universitaire 5 mins and Glacière 10 mins). Two bus stops are located just in face of the building, one bus (67) deserves the Marais quartier, the Jardin des Plantes and Pigalle, the other (21) the Luxembourg Park, the Latin Quartier, Notre Dame, the Louvre and Opera. All the central areas are at less than 30 min by bus/metro or 45 mins walking. The Buttes aux Cailles with a lot of restaurants and pubs is 15 mins walking. A very good boulangerie is just in front of the building, and all common shops are located downstairs. Outdoors swimming pool 15 min walking. Very good connections with Paris airports (direct metro at Cité Universitaire), Orlybus stop 250 m far.
