About our home

I live in a lovely fully new furnished studio in the very center of Paris. It's small (33ms) but it's very calm, fully new furnished and it's very well located:

In the kitchen you will have everything you need to cook. I love cooking, so you will find lots of spices, cooking books...
In the living room, there is a TV (I'm not a big fan, so no LCD), a wireless acces (highspeed broadband), books and DVDs and teh phone with International free calls.
The bathroom is very nice: bathtub, washing machine...
There is no bedroom. I have a convertible sofa, it's new like all the furnitures.

More about us

I'm a 28yo French woman. I live alone but I would travel with my boyfriend (30 yo). I work as a HR Manager in Advertising on line and my boyfriend, Julien, works as Quality Engineer in Cosmetics.
That's the first time I will exchange my flat but I used to share my flat when I lived in London, so I will be very respectful with yours.
We look forward to sharing some words with you.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

It's ideally located : around 5min walk from Bastille and 10min walk from the Marais. The Louvres is just 15min by tube or bus. If you take the bus close to my flat, you can have an amazing overview of Paris it takes 15min to go to the Eiffel tower.

There are lots of accomodations: supermarkets are open untill 11pm everydays, there are lots of restaurants and bars, museums, cinemas and parks. You will find everything you want from few minutes walk. The market is open on Thursday and sunday and there are some very nice shops I can recommand to you: wine shop, bakeries...

The neighbours are very nice and helpful.
