We are a married couple, Xavier and Marie (44 and 43), with a family with 3 boys (7, 12 and 15) and 2 cats. Xavier is Art Director in and I work in Internet Communication. We never exchange yet our house but think that is the best way to travel now with all our boys in order to discover a country. We love our house and wish to share this 1rst experience with a family that is also very interested with a nice house.

Our house is in one of the best areas in Paris, in between Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, Le Marais, St-Germain des prés, le Panthéon, Jardin des plantes... The area is quiet and very close to all the food stores, market place, nice restaurants, cafés...
