Where is it?

Neighbourhood

From the windows (1st floor) you can see a very quiet street, you can hear birds, see a garden, a theater, some housses.
But the entrance of the buildind is located in another very commercial street where you can find all what you can need: food (different supermarket and la lot of great delicatessen), pharmacy, restaurant, typical bars et etc.
You have buses and metro very near.
This is the Parisian life and you are ten minutes from the touristic center.
The area is safe.
