About our home

We have a lovely apartment in the Oberkampf neighbourhood, near Place de la République. It is a very nice and typical Parisian flat on the 6th floor (elevator). There is a sunny living room (with a double sofa-bed, 42 inches TV, cable, DVD, video games), a bedroom with double size bed (PC and high-speed Internet), kitchen, large bathroom, and separate WC. Everything is in perfect working condition.

We are a young couple Emilie and Pierre-Marie (25 years old). Emilie is a biostatistician and I am an actuary. We had not done a home exchange before but we heard a lot of nice experiences about this practice, and we would enjoy trying.

Oberkampf is a lively place with lot of pubs, cafes and restaurants. In 5 minutes walking, you can reach 5 Metro lines from where you can join easily all touristic areas. This is a perfect place to discover Paris.
