Our apartment is perfect for a small family. It is located in a 30's building, built with red briks and well maintened. This apartment has a floor area of 80 m2 (about 860 square feet) and has 4 rooms including 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, bathroom, toilets and kitchen. T.V.'s are in the living room and in the bedroom. There is a stereo system. The apartment is very nice and quiet and very comfortable. There is a lot of light coming in every day, especially in the living room. Our apartment is typically "Paris" with fireplaces in every rooms and has wooden floor. You will see frames with our family and beloved peoples. And there are a lot of French books or C.D.'s. Our appartment would be perfect for a family (there is a special bed for babies)
I am an IT consultant and my wife is a housewife. We have got two children, aged of 4 and one. I enjoy reading, blogging and music listening. We enjoy family life and going outside in the afternoon. We are very carrefully about the place we live in.
Our apartment is in the South-West part of Paris, 60 yards away from "Parc Brassens" (this public garden takes his name from a very famous French singer who lived not far away) and you will be near tramways, subways and buses stations. You will find shops in the neighbourhood: supermarket, butcher, fruits and vegetables, banks, famous bookshop, typical "café" coffee shop, and so on. The neighbourhood is very peacefull and there are a lot of families living in. On Thuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings, you will find a typical marketplace. Every Saturday and Sunday, in the "Parc Brassens", old books resellers are coming. With subway and buses you will quickly go to a lot of galleries and museums, such "Orsay", "Le Louvre" and so on... ... and there is a bus, 60 yards away, bringing you to the Eiffel Tower in fifteen minutes.
