The nice cozy apartment (38m2 / 410p2) is located in the heart of the Marais, on Temple street, in the 3rd district of Paris near Centre Georges Pompidou, the Museum of Modern Art, with a beautiful view of the roofs of Paris.
Nearby Temple, République or Arts and Métiers subways (line 3, 5, 8, 9,11)
Following its rehabilitation, the Marais has become a fashionable district, home to many trendy restaurants, fashion houses, and hype galleries.
Also, the famous Bretagne Street is just at 2 minutes from the flat. You will find many groceries and fresh typical French butchers, fish markets and bakeries.
The famous « Red’s children market » (« Le marché des enfants rouges ») opened from Tuesday to Sunday is just at 3 minutes.
The place is at 10 minutes walk to Hôtel de ville, 15 minutes to Notre Dame, 5 minutes to les Halles, 5 minutes to République and 3 minutes to Centre Georges Pompidou, 15 minutes to Vosges Place.
The Temple Street (where the flat is located) is a long street with many shops, drugstores, restaurants, galleries and cafés. Not far, in Châtelet and les Halles, movie theaters and clothes shops.
Groceries can be bought 2 minutes from the apartment in supermarkets as Carrefour, Monoprix or Franprix supermarkets opened late.
A two rooms appartment, a bedroom and a living room .
In the living room, a convertible sofa (so 2 people more), cable TV with about 50 including English channels like CNN, BBC, France 24, SKY, CNBC, high speed DSL, Wifi Internet, a diner table, fully equipped kitchen facilities
with microwave and owen and an « essential » washing machine.
In the bathroom, a bath tub (towels provided)
In the room, a double bed (sheets provided) and a desk to work.
