About our home

This bright and spacious studio is located 15 minutes walking from the Sacre Coeur Cathédral, one of the most beautiful spots of Paris. Is situated on the first floor with lift, of a 1970's building. There is a full sized double sofa- bed, (160cmx200cm), with a large closet, a desk, a dinning room table for four, a fully furnished American kitchen, with an induction hot plate (two rings), fridge, microwave, washing&drying machine. Comes with a lovely modern bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Is also endowed with Wi-Fi, phone, TV plasma, international TV channels, hairdryer.

Metro Guy Mocquet (line 13) is at six minutes walk, buses at three minutes, connection with the rest of the city is excellent, for instance Champs Elysées is at five metro stations.
Amenities, Facilities, Restaurants and Shops all on your doorstep, every Wednesday and Saturday a typical French market is held close by. Everything is close at hand and will make your stay easier and enjoyable.

I am Monica, mother of Solène 24 yo, Engineering student in Barcelona. I am committed Mom, daughter and an entrepreneur, I live in Lorraine, France, but the property for swap is located in Paris, not far from the Sacre Coeur. We are well travelled, very respectful and we will take care of your house as, I am sure you will do with mine. I have exchanged homes many times and it was a very nice experience. I have met wonderful people, and most of them are close friends now.
