Nice 1910' house with four level. Large and well equiped kitchen with a table for 8. Living room with cable and plasma tv. Gym running carpet, internet every where. A level with 2 rooms a bath room, a shower room and 2 wc. last level with two teen rooms. Cool in summer.

Nicolas (47), journalist for the French public radio. Geraldine (38) teacher of pilosophy at the university.(Sorbonne) Simon (1) Clara (12) Adele (15). We have travel a lot. The kids are use to respect some one'else properties.

Located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Quiet and family district. Walking distance of Montparnasse. Automatic rental bike service just in front of the house. (take a bike and leave it anywhere in Paris for one euro per day). Nice and sunny park 3 minuts away. All kind of shops and restaurants around.
