Cable tv 7 movie channel (with international soundtrack and subtitles). 350 international channels. 400 international dvd at disposal. Large living room with convertible sofa king size (sleeps 2). Small bathroom with shower, WC. Kitchen (you can take meals in it) fully equiped, micro wave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, juice maker... Long corridor from the entrance.

I'm a young dynamic 30 year old Parisian man. I'm simple and laid back and like to travel with my girlfriend. She studies in Georgetown washington so I need to come and visit her which is why my first choice is Washington. I will come a few times a year actually whenever i can depending on finding a place to stay and also work here in Paris. I'm working for a very famous Parisian palace hotel so I'm discreet, caring and trust worthy. I'm a non smoker.

The 11th district of Paris is the newly trendy district. Very lively with a lot of actions, bars, night clubs, restaurants, lounge, opera house, theater. The apartment is in a small quiet street 50 m from the nearest subway. 5 minutes from all the action (Bastille). 5 minutes subway from Republique. 12 minutes subway from Champs Elysées.
10 minutes subway from ChÃ¢teau de Vincennes.
