About our home

Our duplex home is a redone 1930s apartment which feels like a house on the rooftop. The views are amazing and relaxing over the Bois de Boulogne. We live on the last two floors and have four rooms, one of which has been converted into a study. The upper floor features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with both shower and bath, an office and an extra bathroom with shower. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a toddler bed, the other with a crib and very comfortable pullout sofa, a kitchen, one large bathroom, a seperate wc and a living dining room with the views. The apartment is very bright and cosy. We would be ready to get an additional twin bed in one of the kids rooms that now has a crib and pullout sofa if you did not want to use the pullout. End dates are flexible.

We are a family of four - I am a marketing exec who is in love with New York and visits regularly, my husband Fabrice is French and is in Strategy Consulting and our boys Matt and Tom are 2 and 1 and are both born in the US.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is in central Paris, in the chic 16th, 4 minutes from the closest metro at Ranelagh or Muette and just behind the gorgeous Ranelagh gardens and steps away from the Musee Marmottan featuring Monet. The shopping is great in Passy which is 7 minutes walking distance. Buses leaving from the apartment get you to the Trocadero, Opera, Saint Germain de Pres in a short ride. Should you want to go outside Paris the highway is very close and could get you to Versailles for instance in less than 20 minutes with no traffic.
