130 m² Duplex South Oriented in traditional 19th Century Haussmanian Building
Fully renovated in 2009
On the 5th floor: 1 master bedroom Queen bed Living room Office with computer and WiFi Internet Access Fully equiped kitchen Bathroom Laundry room Balcony with view on top Eiffel Tower and Opera roof.
On the 6th floor: 2 kids bedrooms and Bathroom.
Elevator.
The configuration of the apartment makes it perfect for a couple with 1 or 2 kids, but won't work for 2 couples because of the size of beds in the children's rooms.
We travel a lot and we also spend a lot of time in our cottage 1 hour drive from Paris. We are away almost all summer and for all school holidays. Our apartment in Paris is often available, even for non simultaneous swaps.

We are 47 yo. Remarried
We have 2 kids: Lucie (16) and Max (5), and they travel with us
We are experimented exchangers. We have been swapping apartments for 10 years, mostly in US and Canada. We always had great experiences and believe it is the best way to discover the world.

Our Travel agency can make any booking for you, and we also can provide private taxi drivers if needed.
We run our own companies: HR and Organization consulting. We work for big companies, in Industry (HP, Philips...), Pharmaceutical Industry (Pfizer, Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis...), and Fashion (Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, YSL...)

The apartment is located in one of the most central and safest part of Paris: 5 minutes walk from Elysee Palace, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Place de la Madeleine and Grands magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Opéra, Printemps...)
A supermarket Monoprix is right across the street where you can find all kind of fresh food and grocery.
Our area is a great start to visit Paris: Metro Station Saint Augustin and Gare Saint Lazare are across the street crossing many Metro lines, several buses and taxi stations.
We are surrounded with several traditional Brasseries, fancy restaurants and one of the biggest shopping centers of the City.
Since 2009 you can easily rent a bike - take it and leave it at every corner with the "velib" system (www.velib.paris.fr). A great way to enjoy the city, with kilometers of bike lanes.
