About our home

In an 18th century building (with elevator) giving onto the majestic Boulevard Saint Germain, a short walk from Notre Dame, Pantheon, Ile Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité, Marais and Bastille, this beautiful, sunlit, 2-bedroom apartment will definitely be a highlight of your stay. A first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second main bedroom, more spacious and comfortable, the living room very well decorated, equipped with a dining table and a sofabed. The main bathroom with shower and tub is separated from the toilets. The small kitchen gives onto the living room: it includes a refrigerator, a stove, a washing machine and a combined microwave/traditional oven. This is an ideal location for visiting Paris and to relax in a very luxury pied a terre... The building is more like a hotel lobby, very smart with lift... no flaws. Many wardrobes in the apartment: in the entrance, in the kitchen and close to the toilet.

Where is it?

Saint Germain des Près is home to the two most famous and traditional cafes in the Latin Quarter, namely Café Flore and les deux Magots. These two celebrated cafes are located ten meters from one another on Boulevard St Germain, directly opposite the church of St Germain des Près. Besides those two very famous places, you'll find around the apartment not only nice shops but a fresh food market with every typical French offer, the Luxembourg garden to take your jogging, the Seine, various museums and monuments closeby plus a metrostation a few meters away. There is also a parking place just across the street. Needless to say that this quarter is very safe.
