About our home

We have a large (for Parisian standards) and beautiful apartment in the center of Paris. It's a duplex (7th and 8th floor with elavator)in an 1930 building. The flat has a double exposure with beautiful view on each side: Sacré-Coeur from the bedrooms (East exposure), Eiffel Tower from the living room and kitchen (South / South-West). There is a small "Mezzanine" on the 9th floor with a 360° view on Paris. We have three bedrooms, one with one queen size bed and a bathtube in the room, one with two beds (in our son Gabriel's room), one with a single bed (in our daughter Alice's room). There is one living room (with air conditioning), one little study under a glass roof, and a kitchen where the family of 5 can eat. It's a Parisian apartment with wooden floor (teak), a fireplace in the living room. We have a part time maid. The decoration is contemporary. The apartment is full of light and you have Paris at your feet.

Where is it?

We live in the Village des Batignolles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, on the right bank. It's a traditional small district where a lot of families want to live. We have all the commodities with a market, bakeries, butchers, groceries, restaurants on the church square.... it's a family place, with no fashion shops. We are in the center of Paris: Champs Elysées within 15mn by Metro and Montmartre at a walking distance.
