“It was perfect! I must thank not only Ghislaine, who was a great hostess, but to you people at Love Home Swap. This was our first trip under this program and my wife and I are absolutely satisfied with the results. Ghislaine's home in Mountrouge, in the immediate outskirts of Paris, reachable by metro and bus, is beautiful and well cared of. She and her husband are musicians and performers and it was great to share our time in Paris with their festive and very personal environment. Their house, a magnificently reconverted flat in an old structure, reflects their way of being, as world travellers, lovers of life and entertainment... and sharing. Their terrace is full of nice plants and, although the weather wouldn't allow to dine in it by the time we visited, we enjoy its views very much. It was a particular way to visit Paris, a little distant, but still there... In a very Parisian environment that we swear we will explore some time in the future. For now, the never ending Paris, its beautiful districts, the river, it's museums (the Miquel Barceló show in both the Museum Picasso and the Library was spectacular) and its cafes and restaurants gained our total attention this time. Ghislaine left us an envelope with useful maps and flyers with great tips. Thanks again! They took great care of our small atico in Madrid. It was neat and clean when we returned... They even fixed some things, like the boiling water electric jar and the lighting fixture in the bathroom. We couldn't believe it! Thanks 4 everything!”
