About our home

We offer a charming apartment, sunny and quiet, decorated with fantasy and humour. We have 4 bedrooms, one double, 3 single (one upstair with a view in the sky) and also a sofa where two people can sleep. The living room is continued by a open kichten. It's a typical Parisian apartment, with wooden floor, fireplace in the living room and decorations on the top floor. And outside? A typical little square, with trees, flowers and a statue. A sympatic cafe Parisien. On the other side, a privacy yard, ideal to resquiet, read a book or drink a glass with the neighborhood.

I'm glad to introduice you Nadya (50), Franck (51), Thomas (168) and Manon (10). Franck and I are both professionals (www.penichecinema.net). We enjoy travelling with nothing... but with childrens, it's also nice to have a place to be..We've made many exchanges and it is always been fine. Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Yes you are in Paris, 15 minuts from the center... but not really in-town. Arond you, parcs, trees, flowers, little squares with typical bars, restaurants, a swimming pool located direct in the street. Situated in a picturesque area on the highest part of Paris, close from the beautiful garden of the Buttes Chaumont. Many artists lives around, in small houses with gardens. It is one of the most typical "quartiers" of Paris in which many films are shot. Nice restaurants, French and foreign cuisines, cafes with music and entertainment in the evening. Five minuts from the home, the Parc of la Villette and his theatres, concerts, exhibitions, museums, films specially in the summer, with projections outside every night.
