About our home

We offer a quiet and sunny apartment, with 3 rooms. One is for a couple with a queen size bed. The second one is with 2 bunk beds and the third one with a double bed. There's a spacious kitchen, modernly equipped (I love cooking), where all the family can eat. The bathroom (only one) is newly remodeled, with a confortable and large shower. From our living room, we can see the top of the Sacre Coeur. it's a typical Montmartre building.

More about us

  1. We are a family of four. François and me are both TV journalists. François runs his press agency and a I work for France 2, the public french TV: I am specialised in health items. Our daughters Olga and Martha are 19 and almost 17. Like us, they enjoy traveling, discovering new countries and new people. We already exchanged our apartment (we've been in Cape Cod, in Florida, in California, in Amsterdam, etc. Each time, it was a great experience. We like to do sports: running, hiking, tennis, diving, skiing, etc. And we love Paris, for cultural life (cinema, theater, museums, etc), good restaurants and great shopping.

Where is it?

First point: the apartment is upon the famous stairs of Montmartre, a very picturesque area of Paris. It's located in the heart of this "village", at five minutes of the Sacre Coeur, one minute of the famous vineyard and la place du Tertre. But it's not only a touristic place: food shops, food markets and a lot of restaurants are very close. It's a very nice area to buy a delicious and crispy "baguette" at the bakery, some fresh fruits or a tasty french cheese. You can take the metro (5 minutes) or the bus to cross Paris very easily. For example : 15 minutes for Grands Magasins, 20 minutes for Champs Elysées, le Louvre, the center of Paris. And 35 minutes for the Eiffel Tower.
