About our home

Lovely quiet courtyard apartment on 5th floor (elevator)in a deco building with janitor.
The apartment was fully remodeled 3 years ago, with light colors, hardwood and slate floors and features: a fully equipped modern open kitchen on living room, small den with computer space, large peaceful bedroom with queen size bed, state of the art bathroom with tub, separate restrooms.

My name is Yann, I'm 27, marketing manager for a French cosmetics company and I live with Ségolène, 25 who also works in marketing for a French luxury brand. We enjoy travelling whenever we have a chance to get away, to Corsica in the summer, Southern Europe, Asia or the US. We live the typical Parisian life in an alternative neighborhood, enjoy going out to dinner with friends, going to the pool on sundays or just taking walks around the city. We're looking forward to a trip to California, next summer hopefully.

Our apartment is located in upcoming "goutte d'or" 18th arrondissement.
Mixed ethnic neighborhood, with nice market and local restaurants and bars.
Walking distance to Montmartre and Sacré Coeur as well as Canal St Martin. 2 cross city metro lines to main shopping areas, including left bank. Ideal as a Paris tour base for 2 adults. We would be very happy to help you plan your trip in Paris.
