About our home

Our flat is wonderfully located in the heart of Paris. It's on the top floor of a charming 17th century building. The sun lights up the large bedroom and cute living room through south facing double glazed windows. A small dining room and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, etc.) adjoin the living room, which has a big screen iMac for DVDs and internet.

We're a young working couple in our mid to late twenties working in finance. I'm Parisian and my boyfriend is British-American. We love travelling and have lived in many different countries. We are open-minded and love discovering new places!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is fantastically diverse and cosmopolitan. A favorite spot for Paris' Japanese community, it is full of Japanese restaurants and grocery stores, boasting even a Japanese bakery and cheese maker! This historic part of Paris is full of old buildings and passages. Angelina Jolie runs through our street and has coffee next door in "The Tourist"! Centrally located close to Palais-Royal Musée du Louvre on the metro, the Comédie Française and Louvre are a 5 minute walk away. Walk to the grand Opéra Garnier and bustling Halles in 10 minutes, the trendy Marais and legendary Galeries Lafayette are 20 minutes away by foot. If you're tired of walking, 4 metro lines are within a 5 minute walk or grab a bike from the many Vélib' stands on the doorstep!
