About our home

This is a 110 m2 comfortable apartment in a modern residence, with a big garden where your children can play. There is a spacious master bedroom, and two children bedrooms (one with an elevated bed). A spacious living room, a small kitchen where 4 persons can eat. Very quiet, view on the garden, absolutely no noise from the street.

More about us

  1. We are a family of 4, in our 40s. My husband is working in the mobile phone industry (in marketing) and I am a journalist in a business magazine. Our two boys are 10 and 12. We have been living abroad for a few years (Jordan and Thailand) and we love to travel. We are planning to spend a few days in NYC between July, 30th and August 4, 2009, before going to visit the National parks of the West. Our apartment will be free between July, 30th and August, 22nd, 2009. We have a cat at home, who would have to be taken care of (nothing much to do, though).

Where is it?

Safe, pleasant neighborhood and very convenient location. It's very close to the center of Paris, in the 13rd arrondissement, not far for the 5th and the 14th. Walking distance from Parc Montsouris and Luxembourg gardens. All convenience stores very closeby, as well as some small restaurants. Walking distance from a big shopping mall (Italie 2) and from the 'butte aux cailles' hill, with its typical fancy atmosphere. The metro station 'Glacière' is across the street. (direct to Charles de Gaulle Etoile and the Champs Elysees). There is also a bus line leading directly to Chatelet and Opera.
