About our home

Very spectaculor loft in the center of Paris! 200square meters on three level. 5 rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with bathtub, one with a big shower. Very big livingroom, high ceiling, dining room and big American kitchen. We have a private garden (great barbecue) for eating outside full of flowers. This house is furnished with fine antiques and alot of art, modern and ancient.

More about us

We are a couple of 6Oyears old Dominique and Jean -Marie and both professional journalists and writers of novels. This is our first try in home exchange (because of the art and the furniture) but we want to give it a try as it is a wonderful way to continue to see the world. We speak English and would appreciate contact by phone and mail so as to know each other better. We have a wonderful lady who helps in the house and we would appreciate having her continu during the exchange.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The street were we are located on is today very young and fashionable (The magazine Elle said it was the top in Paris!). We are surrounded by restaurants, cafés and nice shops (lovely flower shop across the street). We are 5 minutes from the marché d'Aligre, the oldest food market in Paris. 10 minutes walk from place de la Bastille the most famous spot in the capital.
