About our home

Our nice flat has been recently renovated. It is really quiet, with a charming view on an old paving yard. It's a typical parisian flat with parquet and fireplace, but with a modern style and a really pratical design kitchen. The living room is quite spacious (30m2), divided in two parts : dining room and TV room. We have two bedrooms, the biggest one is for the moment our daughter's one and the little one for the parents (but it's possible to change if you want).

More about us

  1. We are Cédric et Sophie, both researchers in sociology and we have a three years old daughter, Rosa. We would like to exchange for our holidays in Italy, Greece or Spain. We've already tested an exchange this summer in Euskadi and it was really great. If you want to have cultural holidays in Paris, we can give you some advices.

Where is it?

We are located in a family-friendly area, in the North East of Paris. We are just in front of the "Parc de la Villette", a huge park of 55 hectares with many leisure activities (footing, cycling, park for children, picnic) and cultural activities (Cité des Sciences, Cité de la Musique, Zénith concert hall, Villette Theater, with a free outdoor cinema and the Circus Festival every day in august). More informations on Another beautiful park, le Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, is a 10 minutes-walk from there. Direct access to the subway, Porte de Pantin which brings you to Paris center. Chatelet-les-Halles is for example at 20 minutes by metro or by bus (n°75). All around the appartment, you have nice groceries and restaurants where you can eat french but also italian and asian food (even a MacDonald...)
