About our home

A typical Parisian apartment in a modern building very well maintained. A cosy flat very sunny at the sixth floor. Very quiet ,composed of a large living room with a comfortable double bed sofa, tv, hifi, wifi, dining extensible table, a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower, a kitchen full equiped , a balcony ,and a parking.
Métro (underground) " Courcelles" and "Charles de Gaulle Etoile, "line 2 ,and many buses

More about us

I 'm Herve, 53 years' old. I live here alone. But I have 5 children 24, 22,19, and two twins 17 years'olds. I 'm magazine publisher in a French company . I have not done a home exchange before but I am keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see mine. I would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in France.

Neighbourhood

Very well connected to all Paris areas with metro 5 mn walking and buses Located in the "triangle d'or", ie the Champs Elysées neighborhood in the west side of Paris, you go walking (850 m ie 0.5 miles, 7 mn walking ) to the "Champs Elysées , "Place de l'étoile " and "Arc de triomphe". 15 mn from the department stores ( Galeries Lafayette etc ..) area . 200 m ( 218 yards) from the " Parc Monceau" , considered as the most charming of Paris ' parks.
