About our home

My typical parisian apartment is in a 18th century beautiful and historical building. It is on the 4th floor. There is no lift but the stairs are large and easy. You can be helped for your luggage.

It has 5 rooms (living room, dining room, bedrooms, office). There is a master bedroom for two people and a blind quietful one for only one people. They are very well decorated and furnished. My apartment is not static. I often change its decoration. Sorry if I am a little late to change the pix I show you.

Sorry but kids would not be happy in such an environment.

More about us

  1. I am a 60 yo consultant. I will take care of your home as I do of my apartment. I would like to travel more, alone or with a friend. I prefer living like people do in their own country instead of spending time in international hotels.

I am open and quite always interested by long weekends in main cities throughout Europe or overseas for two or three weeks. More than 40 successful exchanges...

Neighbourhood

My apartment is perfectly located in the 2nd arrondissement at 100 meters from the Palais Royal gardens. The 1st arrondissement is across the street. It is 5 mn walk from the Louvre Museum, from the Tuileries, from the Place Vendôme, from the Opera House... You are not far from the Grands Magasins and from all that has to be seen or visited in Paris.

You can enjoy Paris by foot or you can take the métro (3 stations and 4 lines nearby) or one of the numerous buses in the district. You also have the possibility to rent the city bicycles "Vélib" in front of the building.

You will find a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Most of them are japaneese.

A lot... Japaneese around.
