About our home

We exchange our apartment which is situated in the 14th district of Paris, we are in 1mn of the metro station Sailing on the line 13. The line 13 is the line which crosses Paris from north to south, you can so have a fast access to the most beautiful places which proposes Paris.

Our apartment makes 60m2, we have a big living room with a big red sofa-bed and an equipped cooking kitchen, there is a big very pleasant balcony to eat the summer outside. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and toilets.
It is situated in the 1st floor with 3 big elevators.
The guard of the building is present during a big part of the day if you need.
We give you our two bikes for beautiful ballads in the streets of Paris

We have very good friends who will travel with us who can lend their flat too, it's 2kms from our flat, it's ideal if you are more than 4.

More about us

We are Leslie and Jérôme, we live for some years in this Flat.
Jérôme lives in Paris for a long time and Leslie (I even) lived in province in the North of France before arriving on Paris. We are 27-year-old and 33 years.
Jérôme works to the hospital and Leslie are assistant of management in an IT company.
We have a lot of common passion: the music, to go to concert, the cinema, the exhibitions in Museum, the journeys, to study the languages and the diverse cultures, to cycle...
We like very much travelling.
Jérôme already is to go to the USA several times (Los Angeles, San Frascisco, Las Vegas, New York) but for me it will be the first time when I would visit this beautiful city which is New York.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. The district is very nice, there are many of the small very French stores as well as the French-style market with local products ; there is 3 supermarket and restaurants as well.
In the evening, the district is very quiet and there is not enough passage of cars.
We are in 5 mn of the district Montparnasse where there is a " rue de Rennes " with many stores, bars, cinemas with the possibility of seeing movies in V.O. ; then 10mn of the avenue of Champs Elysées, the most beautiful avenue.
