We offer a nice clear and cosy flat in the 17 th area of Paris.
A new fashionable place called " village des Batignolles" where many young couples
Chose to live for the last 10 years.
Two bedrooms one bathroom a nice family room with kitchen "en suite" very clear and calm ( second floor with elevator).
THE area is very lively even on sundays all shops being open in the morning.
A lot of nice restaurants and pubs and New fashion shops ...
A place "apart" from the touristical areas but genuine and lively ,
“Isabelle and Claude's apartment in the 2e of Paris gave us a fabulous base to enjoy and explore Paris. It is in easy walking distance to the Opera Garnier, the Louvre and main shops and several metro stops close by when needed to travel further afield. The neighbourhood has a wealth of bistro's, brasseries, take a way and fine dining and Japan town on the doorstep. The apartment is very comfortable and secure and gave us a great home base in the heart of Paris. We loved every minute.”
