About our home

We own a charming house in the south of Montpellier. 8 minutes from the mediterranéen sea by car or 15 minutes with bikes.
There is a tramway 6 min away by foot going in the city center of Montpellier.

Our house is 150 m² with 4 rooms (15m² each), a living room (50 m²) opened on a new kitchen (10m²). Garden is 300 m2. Free places for cars in the street.
We're located in a quiet area 5 min walk from the city center of Pérols and 5 min away from the tramway that leads directly to the city center of Montpellier.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has an espresso machine, microwave/oven, fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, etc... There's Wi-fi, cable TV, a flat-screen, Xbox360, DVD and hi-fi.
It's a perfect spot for one or two families.

There is an above-ground swimming pool in the garden. (5,49m*2,70m)

We can lend bike (2 adult size and 2 kid size)

This is our primary residence. The house won't be empty of our stuff.
Before leaving, please clean the house (vacuum cleaner + mop + bathrooms) and remove the sheets. Thanks

  1. We're a couple with 2 boys (12 and 9)

  2. We love to discover new countries and cultures. We love big cities and nature too.

  3. We love to travel and see and experience new things as a family. In our normal life, we both work full time and the children are all in primary school. We are trying to capture some lovely memories for us as a family before they get too big to come away with us

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Family-friendly home with a garden in a quiet small city ideal for families with young children. 4 km from the mediterranean sea 8 km from the city center of Montpellier, close to Odysseum Shopping Centre. Great transport links, 6-minute walk to tram to the city, and 5 minutes to A9.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a bath. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have a 140cm bed, bedroom 3 has a 120cm bed. Bedroom 4 is downstairs with a sofa bed, TV. There is another bathroom (shower) downstairs too.

There is a kitchen/dining/ living space room downstairs. Outside is a large garden with an above ground swimming pool.

All bed linen and towels supplied.
