About our home

Our house has been newly renovated, it has got an ensuite master bedroom on the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms on the first floor and kitchen and living room with a fire place on the ground floor. Small secluded garden and terrace (great for meals outside). We also have a piano. We have two cats who live happily outside.

More about us

We are a couple in their early fourties with 2 children 10 and 12 years old. Peter is English, works in IT and I am from Britanny where we live, and work as a consultant in social enterprising. We like to travel abroad and meet new people and cultures but we are also founds of week-ends in France . We like mixing nature and city life with arts, architecture and restaurants.

Neighbourhood

The house is situated in a quiet area near Rennes charming old city center (5 mn by car, 10 mn by bus). Rennes is a medium size city, worth visiting. It's also finely situated to visit Brittanny: 1 hour from old city of Saint-Malo and great Mont Saint Michel, 90 mn from the great Morbihan Gulf, 2 hours from Pink Granit coast...and 2 hours from Paris in fast train !
