About our home

Stone-built house in hamlet of nature overhanging a small brook. The environment is very calm. The interior is clean, modern and luminous. It is composed of three levels: rez-of-fit is a bedroom with shower and an access on a terrace of 10 m2 suspended to the top of a small brook. On the first floor (principal access) there is the living room - dining room, the kitchen, an office, a covered balcony and WC. On the second floor is a bedroom, a library being able to convert itself into bedroom and a bathroom with WC.

  1. My name is Tristan and I am 37 years old, I work with the service of water, I am passioné by the photograph and I carry out many reports at the time of my voyages (you can visit my Internet site). My wife names Michele, she has 49 years and work with the children. She likes to read and calms it. We like to walk and meet people of all culture. We avoid the place where there is tourism of mass. We travel regularly once or two per annum. We have two car a Fiat Uno and a Hunday Satelit.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is in a small hamlet very out of stone which has much character. The place is very calm, the neighbor are very sympathetic of any age and there is a very good agreement. St Martin on Lavezon is a small rural village of 400 inhabitants, it is located in a small valley at the heart of a volcanic solid mass (Coiron). The village situ to 15 km of the city (Montélimar capital of the Nougat), 30 kms of the drôme provencâle, 50 Kms of the Ardéchois plate (Gerbier des joncs, lake of isarles, cascades of the ray-pic...) and also of Ardeche Southerner (Gorge of Ardeche, Vallon bridge of arc...). In the neighbourhoods the landscapes are splendid and very varied, there are many city and village rich in history with castles and churches dating from the Middle Ages. You can also reach quickly (2 hours) at the edge of the sea méditéranné, of the Alps and large city like: Lyon, Monpellier, Marseilles, Grenoble and even Paris with train (TGV).
