About our home

We offer our beautiful house built in the middle 19th century, completely restored, on 3 acres of park with old trees. Great view of the Vercors mountains, near Romans sur Isère in the Drôme.
Very high ceilings, old woodwork, moldings, marble fireplaces, parquet, mosaic, (etc.), make this home unique in the region.
We have 7 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, "jardin d'hiver", billiard room, top floor attic, design kitchen, etc. .... In terms of decoration, we have blended contemporary and antiques (furniture, paintings, sculptures).

In the park: 1 Watchdog, our "ranch" with 2 horses (there is someone there to take care of them in our absence), and a chicken coop for fresh eggs! A small dog and a two cats also live in the house. In short, you understand that you must like animals!
Smokers not accepted in the house.

We are a family of 5: Philippe (45), Clothilde (43), Ophélie (16),Théo (14) and Arthur (7). Our children are good behaved.
We've already done one exchange, and are used to traveling.
We would like to go to Venise, Mexico, Mauritius, Asia or ...... surprise us !

More about us

  1. We are Clothilde and Philippe (43 and 45 years old), a married couple with 3 children (Ophélie -16- and Théo -14- and Arthur -7-). Philippe is a Management Consultant. Ophélie's and Clothilde's passion is horse riding, and we have our own horses.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The region is known for its tourist attractions and the city is near the French capital of shoes ! We are at the foot of the Vercors, in the countryside but close to two cities where you will find all the amenities. Valence is also just 15 minutes away, Lyon 1 hour, Grenoble 45 min, and the sea (Camargue or Côte d'Azur) about 2 hours. Direct Fast train (TGV) takes you to Paris in 2 hours !
