Beautiful villa totally renewed in Provence style. Totally equipped inside/outside, BBQ + Plancha outside, all possible equipments as fondue, raclette, pierrade... We have an aquario with some fishes. We have bicycles, rollers, Basket, pingpong, canoe, scuba, tennis rackets, golf clubs... We want to exchange also our car (Mini Countryman) with 5 seats and a GPS with Europe! Another car can be negotiated. We usually have in our garden during summer herbs, tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries ! Nice to start and finish your BBQ party !
We have one beautiful and big high quality TV in the living roomn, with some international channels (news) and a lot of DVD. No TV in each bedroom, but music and books. We have toys and games from 3 years old including Wii and PS3 consoles. Could be for girls and boys as well.

We are a 5 people family, 2 parents + 2 young adults (24 + 21) and 1 kid (8). I manage a small company in the same city with 15 employees. We already exchanged in 2004/2006/2007/2008/2009/2010/2013. We love exchange and we consider exchanging as receiving very good friends and live for some weeks as you can do in your area !
We live in Roquebrune Cap Martin, just between Menton and Monte-Carlo and the Italian Riviera we can see from our terrace. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Also cicadas and frogs ! The old village can be reached in 10 minutes without car, with the XIth c. castle. With the car you can go within 5 minutes to the beach, shopping, rail station, pool, MonteCarlo is the next city (8 km or 15 minutes). The Airport is Nice - 30 km. Very close to our house, you can visit the Mercantour National Park: http://www.mercantour.eu/content/section/5/64/lang,en/. No snow during summer but some beautiful animals and mountains and some nice trips. We can help you to find some nice places depending of the interest you need: museums, disco, old villages and castles, nice markets, shopping, restaurants, Italy is very close, Marseille and the Provence... You can plan some days to visit Florence, Pise, Milan, Venice? Genoa is about 2 hours from our home.
