About our home

Comfortable home built in 1932 and renoved. It has a sunny private garden in the back of the house faced south. It is 110sq meters big on 3 flours. Connected kitchen, livingroom and diningroom on the 1st flour. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd flour, one with double bed, one with single bed. Bedroom (double bed) und study on the 3rd flour. It has one bathroom and 2 Wc. It has all necessary equipments: freezer, fridge, dish washer, oven; wireless internet, flatscreen.

I am Laurence (wife!) and 49 years old. I live with my two children, two boys: 17 and 20 years old half of the time. I am a german teacher, my interestsare sports, reading, travelling. I have never done an exchange before. This would be the first time!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

My house is situated on the northcoast of Brittany. The town has 50OOO inhabitants and is very pleasant. It takes 10 Minutes by foot to the center, 5 minutes to the station, 10 minutes by car to the seaside. I live in a very quiet etreet with nice neighbourhood. There are wonderfull beaches along the coast. You can go walking all around Brittany along the coast! It is possible to do lots of sports: sailing, windsurfing.. There is a modern swimmingpool with sauna in the town. Entertaiment in the evening in the center.
