Charming duplex apartment, sunny balcony with Paris view

Just minutes away from the Paris city limit, our 2 story apartment is located in a newly renovated residential area. On the last floor of our building (elevator), it faces full south with a nice large balcony overseeing a park. 180 degrees view on the north of Paris, including the Montmartre Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. The ideal spot to cool off after a lovely day in Paris (barbecue, outside table for 6)! Built in 2006, our home is modern and very well equiped. Ground floor: a spacious living room with large windows, a dining table that can fit 6 to 8 people, a computer with tv and wireless broadband internet, a large collection of vinyl and cds to listen to lying on the sofa... The kitchen is brand new and fully equiped for french cuisine experiments! Also on the ground floor, 1 room with shower and toilets. First floor: Our room with a king size bed (Paris view) + our baby's room (baby bed + 1 extra single matress). 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
