About our home

We are a Franco- British family. I work in the art market. My children are aged 23, 19 and 13 years old. Our loft conversion is a contemporary design, open planned space with tall ceilings. It is quiet, spacious and light. We also have a car park and my car is available for rent. The loft is set in a converted 1940's concrete and metal building in an upcoming district near the Stade de France (Stadium), the next Olympique village. It is extremely quiet in the building and the area around the loft is pedestrianised. The loft and car park are very secure with two coded doors for access.
There are lots of ethnically diverse restaurants, festivals, and galleries. The loft is situated in the north of Paris with excellent transport connections with a tram, metro and train on the doorstep. Just five minutes into the center of Paris by train.

Where is it?

Saint Denis town centre and the Basilique area is a busy, ethnically diverse with lots of Indian, Portuguese and African restaurants. The loft is 10 minutes walk from the 'Stade de France' along the canal, if you want to go to watch a football, Rugby match or see a concert this is a great venue. The Basilique Cathedral 10minutes walk too is beautiful and boasts the final resting rest of the Kings and queens of France. There is also an Art museum and the studios of the famous French film director Luc Besson. The famous food market of Denis Denis should not be missed; a massive covered market with fresh food from all over France, North Africa, Italy, Portugal....... A great ambiance of a local mixed community with plenty of cafés nearby.
