About our home

Based on the 4th and last floor of an ancient building, the flat is very luminous, spacy and comfortable. A bedroom with one large bed and a small desk. A sunny living room with a convertible sofa and a widescreen TV. A work room with a powerful computer and high speed internet connection. And lots of books and music instruments everywhere...

We are a young couple, Denis and Charlotte, in their early 30's. Charlotte works in an antiquarian bookstore and Denis is a music composer for movies and TV. We love to travel to big cities, with cultural life and heritage from the past.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The flat is located in the centre of Saint-Denis, an adjacent city of Paris. With public transportation, it takes less than 20 mn to go from the flat to the center of Paris. Lot of trains, subway and busses go to Paris all day and till about midnight (later on week-ends). The neighborhood is very alive and pleasant. You will find everything you need nearby: groceries, bakery, supermarkets, clothes, fruits and vegetables etc... The famous Saint-Denis basilica is a place to visit: built in the 7th century, most of the old french kings are buried there.
