About our home

We have a large garden with a lovely Paris view. Parking to several cars.
First floor: sitting room, bathroom, a bed room with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed.
Utility with washing machine and tumbel drier.
second floor: kitchen and a large dining, sitting and TV room
First floor: bathroom and two rooms with double beds.


More about us

  1. We are Edith (aged 55) and Thierry (aged 60) who would take great care of your house as if it were our home.
    Thierry is self employed in insurance and I work as a teacher.
    We did a home exchange a few years ago with a family in Canada and last yeay in England.
    We may be accompagned by one of our son aged 27 and her wife and our girl aged 32.
    We have a cat (Pangur ban) who would love your company during your stay.

Where is it?


Our house is in the small quiet town of Le Mesnil Le Roi near Paris (30 mins by car, 10 mins from direct train to Paris (RER) : 25 mins to Champs Elysées).
5 mins from the fores of St Germain, 5 mins from food stores.
We are two miles from the historic old town of ST Germain en Laye (Louis XIV born place), with a great national museum in the castle.
3 miles from Maison Laffitte, charming town called "the city of horse"
5 miles from the nice town of Versailles with the famous castle of Louis XIV.
We are not far from Giverny, Monet's house and Auvers Sur Oise (Van Gogh)
