A calm piece of heaven in a lovely wine village, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The house is a part of an ancient village "mas" (traditional French stone house), build during the French revolution. We have renovated it trying to preserve the old charm. Three floors, three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and two balcons (you have an access to a balcon from each bedroom). A new rural-style kitchen with all modern amenities, a small patio with a BBQ behind the house and a private garden in front of the house with a pool to refresh yourself during the very hot summer days!
A plenty of iconic attractions in the vicinity: Avignon and Nîmes (about 20 minutes). Pont du Gard (5 minutes), Arles (40 minutes); Baux de Provence, Camargue… If you want to visit seaside, it takes about 45 minutes (Grau du Roi or Saintes-Maries de la Mer).
Nearest railway station is either in Avignon (in town or TGV) or in Nîmes. Nearest airport is in Nîmes (Ryanair flights). Montpellier-Méditerranée airport is about 50 minutes from the village, Marseille-Provence airport about 1h15 minutes.
A few extras: if you want to end your holiday peacefully, we can arrange a cleaning lady after your visit (50 euros).
There's an air-conditioning but only on the 2nd floor bedroom. The other bedrooms, on the 1st floor, have ventilators. In an old-fashioned way during the hottest summer weeks we close our bedroom windows for the daytime and open them for night.

The coast is also easily accessible. Contact with Päivi was very pleasant. In the holiday home we could consult Maryse, the housekeeper, with questions. The contact with Maryse also went very smoothly and she was always ready. We would love to come back to this perfect place! ”
