About our home

In first excuse me for my English, I hope everybody is able to understand !Our home is very original because it's a typical chalet in a great garden about 1200m2, with many tree and flowers.
Interior is all wood and has been decorated in moutain and confort spirit.
On first floor, you can find a nice kitchen adjoining large dining room, large tv lcd, dvd home cinema, hifi..., terrace with view of the valley. 1 bathroom and 1 sleeproom.
At first floor, 1 sleep room with desk for internet/large tv and terrace, and 1 children room with baby bed.
It's a very clean house and i hope our futur partner will keep it in same conditions.

My wife Faiza and I, yoann are couple with one little boy(22month), we are both commercial in important international society and enjoy travelling when able to get away with our son.
So, for our little boy a room with baby bed will be great in your house.(not obligatory)
We are both 30 years old and hope to exchange with serious partners.
We are open to your proposition.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

MONTAINVILLE is in great demand for his situation, his calm and his very nice stone house. Veritable typical village and country near Paris.
Only 500 resident, very quiet and nice.
Paris and castle of versailles is situated at 30minutes.
Normandy beach are at 2hours.
Station to paris is not far but a car is recommanded to have your independence.
To your disposition, 2 bycle and one ATV(quad)
And the last thing, if you love golf, don't forget you will be near 2 marvellous place(st nom la bretche-LANCOME TROPHEE and Feucherolles).
