About our home

It's a really big house (for Paris...) 125 m2, with an additional big Garage 100 m2 and 5 meters high (that we don't use for the car but for lots of plants, chidren's toys, our bicycles and furnitures... ) We appreciate to have enough place for the whole family.
The house is located in Saint-Ouen just next to Paris, 18e Arrondissement. The subway (metro) station "Garibaldi" (line 13) is 100m away from home. 3 bus lines are available too to the center of Paris, including night busses.
There is a lot of sunshine light (the house is faced south) and the street is very calm.
You can have tea time in a small courtyard behind, with the skyline overhead.
The style of the house is rather old and folsky,"boheme" and "cosy". A lot of our friends say it's a little "country corner" in the big city, although we have some works still waiting...as you can see, it's a "living" place.

Neighbourhood

We have a lot of friend around in the town that might help you in anyway (if they're not away at this time).
It's a very pleasant town, less agitated than in Paris city center, with everything that you need just at 100 meters from the house (cinema, theater, supermarket, an outdoor market 3 times/week, swimming pool...).
Paris, "la butte Montmartre" is at the end of the street. Les puces de Saint-Ouen (the most famous flea-market) too.
You might not need a car in Paris, but if you have one, parking in the streets around is free.
The subway is at the bottom of the street. We are at 25 min from the Champs-Elysees 35 min from Le Louvre (by subway), 15 min from Montmartre (you can see the Sacre-coeur from the street behind). There is a small park just near, with a children playground.
