About our home

My home is located in St Raphaël in the district Boulouris in a quiet and secure residence with 6 houses. It is a charming old house which was 2002 completely renovated and restyled. The residence and the whole district are surrounded by greenery. The living room is large and rooms are nice furnished and south facing. They open on a 40 sqm terrace with barbecue. A young lady is living downstairs. She is quiet, very nice and helpful The entrances are independant.

More about us

Graduate in economics and business administration I have been involved in businesses such as export manager, new developments manager, real estate agent or...teaching depending on opportunities and economical situation. Today I am again teacher and looking for a new opportunity here or abroad. My daughter achieved a high business school in Paris... and she found a job immediately. She works now on Champs Elysées. I'm used to exchanges and be happy with them. I even kept contacts. Why not you and I? I precise pets on the pictures are optional!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Boulouris is a high requested district as it is a village on the sea side in St Raphaël which is never overcrowded like the center in summer. It is also located at the foot of Esterel mountain which is protected. You can hike, bike, ride in a southern vegetation overlooking sea. The famous red rocks (climbing possible) go down to the beaches and make beautiful cricks. Weather is particularly nice and healthy: St Raphaël is 2 miles away.All amenities are around: Boulouris center and railway station half a mile away, sea a little farther, bus some yards away from the house.
