About our home

Our house looks like a farmhouse and as all comfort. The garden is 1000m2 with nice trees and games for children.
Upstairs is the child area: 2 big rooms and a bathroom with shower.
Downstairs: the parents bedroom is open to the garden; another bedroom with desk. The kitchen is modern and open on the living room.
We have a big garage and at the end is my husband office.

More about us

We are a family with 3 children: Antoine is 14, Anais is 12 and Clara is 6. My husband works in Paris and travels a lot. I work in an office to be available for the children. I used to travel before to learn English, German and Italian. We both love Italy and I still have some friends in Piemonte. We still not experience the home exchange and are looking forward to our first experience because we think it is a good way to discover another country. We used to travel in France with the children and now we would like to let them know other countries.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are living at 10km from Lille in a calm area with nice neighbourhood. Our street is a blind alley so that children can ride bicycle easily. We have a wonderfull natural park at 2km.
The station for Lille is 5mm walking. We have small shops and a farm very close. No building around. The motorway is easy access and you can reach the Lille center in 10 mn. Lille is a nice touristic place (1 million hb)in a Flemish style with many Museums (2nd famous in France) and nice shops. You can drive to the belgian beach coast in 1 hour (80km).
You can take the TGV (high speed train) to go to Paris in 1 hour, Brussels in 45mm. You can take the shuttle to go to London (2 hours).
