About our home

I live in a stunning old stone village house, built circa 1750. Renovated to a very high standard, it has kept all its original features - arched stone ceilings, exposed stone inside and out, oak beams and the decor is in keeping with the era. It is situated in a quiet impasse in the centre of the village (about 700 habitants), with parking 30 seconds walk. The house has a real "Oh my God" wow factor. 2 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, one large bathroom with shower and bath, double sinks; fully equipped Provençal kitchen, large dining area with farmhouse table seats 8. Lounge with fireplace, modern central heating throughout. Fully equipped laundry room, pantry/storage, office. Cat flap to exterior and access through the kitchen window to the exterior garden. There is a third bedroom full of gym equipment.

There are house cats who are indoor/outdoor and no trouble. It is very important that whoever does the exchange is willing to feed them and give cuddles.

The house is not suitable for children (open staircase)
