About our home

Beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located house in St-Malo in a residential and peaceful suburb. Overlooking the Fours a Chaux and Rosais beaches, this house comes with amazing views of the Rance’s estuary and is only few minutes’ walk to the St-Servan centre. This three bedroom house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a contemporary fireplace, two and a half bathrooms, a second living room and beautiful sun-drenched terraces. You can go for walks in the Briantais park, located near the house, or at the pretty Solidor’s port, Alet’s citie and the beautiful fortified walls of St-Malo intramuros. Horse riding is walking distance from the house. Explore the stunning surroundings such as the Mont St Michel (top 5 most visited place in France), the medieval city of Dinan, or the seaside town of Dinard and much more. Also available is WIFI plus the phone for international calls to most countries.
Having children living in Australia, we’ll be interested to exchange with a house in Sydney (where we have previously lived), during the months of December to early April and we are also interested in other countries after that.
