About our home
A 10 years old house with a little private garden in the backyard. Four rooms upstairs (three bedrooms and an office with two desks), a large living room with a modern kitchen, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) and a private garage. We have installed a photovoltaique roof. The view is direct to the famous vineyard. In the garage a megane coupee will be at your disposal but you can prefer to ride the bike or take the tram to reach Bordeaux. We have an house cleaner who will come once a week ...a real vacation for you !

Suburb of Bordeaux, Talence is the university town connected to Bordeaux with the tram. In the middle of famous vineyard, the house stands on top of the highs facing Chateau Haut Brion. Surrounded by the green of the vineyards, near the ocean, the forest and the mountains, Bordeaux rises proudly on the banks of the Garonne. Less than an hour away lie the Atlantic Ocean and its endless beaches of white sand. You will also find Landes forest, the largest forest in Europe and a haven of peace that offers endless opportunities for walkers and hikers.
