My name is Suzanne. I am Irish. My husband Frode was born in Norway and is a retired wine merchant. We spend 6 months of the year here in Uzes. We enjoy the relaxed way of life here, the culture and enjoy the climate, food
and wine. We like to make excursions to the Cevennes and surrounding villages and playing golf. There is so much to do here especially if you like the outdoor life. We can speak Norwegian, French, German and English. We have three grown-up Children.

Walking distance to historical town of Uzes
with its fabulous Saturday market and many intimate cafes and restuarants.
15 mins drive from Pont du Gard and 10 mins drive to golf club of Uzes. 15 mins drive to canoeing on the Gardon river which you can go for a few hours or all day picnicing looking at the fish - or swimming - a great family outing. Hot air ballooning is near, wonderful walks, and tennis courts. If you don't want to walk why not try horse riding or ride a donkey in the Garrigue. We also have ordinary bicycles in the house. Good shopping in Nimes or Avignon or just relax and destress in this lovely house and garden.
