A three bedrooms apartment with an access to a lovely garden

Our apartment is located in Versailles, very closed to the forest and the bigest Haras of France "Le Haras de Jardy". It's at the third floor, it's a 3 bedrooms appartment.We have also a small office in the attic, at the fourth floor, with a desk and a couch. The kitchen is large enough to eat, the all flat is cosy and very luminous. You have an access to a large, lovely and very calm garden, with trees where you can have a lunch or only take a rest, when you want.
We are located at 10 minutes walking from the heart of Versailles, but you have all commodities at three minutes.Versailles is a beautiful town, with old streets and "passages", a lovely market place (where there are frequent markets) and a lot of shops and restaurants. Of course the castle and its beautiful gardens are wonderful to visit.
But Paris is very near: you are at 15 minutes from Paris by car, and we can also exchange cars if you want)and Paris by train is at 15 minutes. Indeed, there are three rail-ways to paris. There is also a mall "Centre Parly 2", at 5 minutes by car.
Actually, an ideal "royal" place to have both calm and city live.
