About our home

I live in a nice 1 bedroom apartment in an old and quiet building. There's a wooden floor in the living room and bedroom. There's all you need in the kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob... and also a washing machine. There's a private internet access with wifi and a LCD HDTV. The bedroom has a large bed with a comfortable new mattress and a large desk, and two other sleeps are available in the living room, with the sofa bed. The apartment is very quiet and bright, there are windows in each room. It is located on the 4th floor (without elevator) and looks onto a small courtyard.

I am a 24-year-old girl studying information at university. I'd like to travel with my friend to visit New York and San Francisco next summer. We love to discover the atmosphere of new cities, walking in the streets, enjoying restaurants, visiting museums... We are both very calm and open-minded, and will respect your home. We are non-smokers and have no pets.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

My apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Vincennes. You have 2 main lines to get to Paris in 5 minutes: line 1 of the subway, and line A of the RER (suburban train), as well as buses. The stations are at less than 5 minutes walk. You also have all the accommodations (supermarkets, bakeries, lots of shops, pubs and restaurants) very close to my building. Vincennes is a very pleasant town, with its castle, its famous woods (the widest park in Paris) and its "Parc Floral" (flower garden) with jazz concerts during the summer. The main interest of this location is the proximity with Paris while being in a more quiet place with fresh air.
